Ghost doing GRAFFITI caught on CCTV

I've just finished working my night-shift in a CCTV Room somewhere in MK (not saying where -- I've got to do this anonymously or I'll get into trouble). Even though it's bad I just HAD TO sneak a copy of this video out and share it the moment I got home -- it's unbelievable - I can't even sleep.

The scenario:
My Manager is on routine patrol when she hears some odd noises, so goes to investigate. She finds nothing where the sounds were coming from, only finds a spray-paint can on the floor, but no graffiti. It's only when she radios me to search the video for the time leading up to her walking into the view that our jaws drop.....
