Its hard to give up gambling for anyone no matter what people say. I do know what has worked for me is to replace the habit with something of the same or similar euphoria and mine was Xbox and PS3! I love video games and it gave me the same high as gambling without losing money. The only problem, is that you are still losing time and tend to be lazy but at least your bank account is fat. Months later, I decided to join a basketball league & activity groups on meetupdotcom, cut gaming by 90%!

5 years in GA (and counting) has worked for me. No reason to Gamble, now with a ton of reasons to not gamble!

funny because I go to the casino every week and I answered these questions the same way. It is so hard to accept that there is an addiction, it takes a lot of guts to answer these questions honestly
