COUNT THE NUMBER OF POLICE CARS SURROUNDING THE BLDG ON 42ND ST. THIS DRILL WAS AWESOME TO SEE AND WATCH. AT FIRST I THOUGHT SOMETHING SERIOUS WAS GOING DOWN, BUT THEN REALIZED THEY WERE RELAXED IN THEIR HABITS.

@theromoreport - this is called a surge drill, done daily by the nypd/fdny after 9/11 to prepare for another major emergency, their not wasting any of your precious money, their preparing for the worst, which in nyc is very likely
