On May, 12, 2008 my mom Albina and I Beatriz became Naturalized Citizen of the U.S. We ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY to share this very important event with all of you!
@chebhamza32 Thanks! To answer your question, it all depends on what your are looking for, your age and lifestyle.I basically grew up here, so all my friends are here and so is most of my family as well.Food is one thing you get to miss a lot (specially your kind of food, which I LOVE) unless you know how to cook it, it will be hard to find places that serve it.Language it the other barrier, how good is you english and how thick of an accent do you have, this are all things to consider.
This was a somewhat "private" ceremony with under 150 people.
Everyone working there was really nice, they walked to us to personally hand over our certificates and congratulate us individually. My mom and I also got a hug from the officer (we're originally from Brazil, a "warm, hugging, very IN your space" type culture) so as he approached us we already had open arms, to hug and thank him, and then he posed for a picture with us, that my husband took (yes, family members were allowed in there)
Hi,
Congrats, the vid is great !
I have as quick question for you ...
right now i have been offered an opportunity to leave my country (Morocco) and go to the US for business purposes .
My question is, does it worth it to leave your country and go to the US and start an other life there ?
Thanks,
