A tribute to my second favorite vampire from The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice.
Yes, I know what you'll ask. Who in the world is Eric?
Eric was made a vampire by Maharet around 1000 BC at the mortal age of thirty. He survives Akasha's worldwide slaughter due to his immortal age of three thousand years and is one of the immortals that gather at Sonoma to stand against Akasha. His first and only apperance is in Queen of the Damned where he came to Maharet, Jesse and Mael with his Italian companion, Santino, who argued with Maharet with telephaty and they left with Santino furious and Eric became flustered because he did not understand their arguement because, being Maharet's fledgling, he couldn't read Maharet's mind. Being a vampire of 3 000 years, he is very powerful, his skin is already hard and as white as marble and he couldn't easily burn under the sun,thus, he wouldn't die easily. He is also described to have soft brown eyes.
He exists but he just showed up in QotD with Santino! (Yay!) B'aaaw, he could've been a very interesting if only Anne Rice wrote a story of his life...
What drew me to Eric? Well, he's unique in character and his cowardice (?) in the book was so cute! XDD Anyway, I also liked his deceiptively fragile personality...
I used Imaginary by Evanescence here...
