  • This is a pro-decriminalization video. Not a pro-legalization video, cathylemons. There is a big difference. With legalization, like the US already has in Nevada, the government basically becomes the pimp.

  • Like George Carlin said, "How is it illegal to sell something you can give away for free?"

  • Well if that's true Cathy, would you care to explain to me why is it that in places like Albania, Moldova, Kosovo, and Georgia where prostitution is a criminal offense carrying a prison sentence, are some of the top exporter of human trafficking. Also, shed some light on why Romania and Bulgaria are now seriously considering to legalize prostitution to combat human trafficking.

  • Prop K-1-B: Crack down on the pimps, force them to have anal sex with other men (income goes to the city/county general fund) and leave the girls alone. The pimps are slave traders, and that is illegal. It should not be illegal for a woman to have sex for money unless she knowingly transmits a desease. Vote "Yes" for Proposition K-1-B

  • I'm not in favor of legalizing it in order to help the sex workers or their customers. I'm in favor of legalizing it b/c human beings ought to be free. The act of prostitution and/ or consuming such services are psychologically damaging and immoral. But if an agreement between two individuals isn't violating anyone's rights than it ought not be illegal.

  • Prostitution should be legal.

Prostitution like other contractual agreements between individuals or entities should not be regulated.
