a chase is a race?

in car vid of my first time at a NASA/PDA HPDE school. also shows me chasing a gti for a few laps. s13 240sx w/ an na ka. 130ish hp ftw .-)

This was at pocono international raceway on the south course. passing was only allowed on the straightaways which in this case was the banked turn (nascar one)

I give you credit for having patients and listening to the instructor he would have had to hold on and let me overtake the gti before I would listen, I don't like seeing certain cars in front of me lol

@DcEvoIX We' weren't allowed to pass without the point by, which he gave me towards the end of the video, but I was having fun letting him go on the straight and reeling him back in through the infield. My car was slower than his and my brakes were fried after the first lap that morning, I was just being an ass. lol

the motor gave up the ghost this weekend at redline time attack in new jersey motorsports park during practice. its been a rough build but the car was finally turboed and placed on new custom coilovers. we were set to put down some good lap times when, going into the bowl on lightning, the rod knock started and i pulled her into the pits. this was the same motor i used all of last season so i guess she held up pretty well considering last years abuse.

its a 95 ka-de w/ s14 intake runners everything else is stock s13 stuff. no power adders just knn cone filter and cat back exhaust.

@cadishma just trying to get her semi ready for Autocross which seems to be more intense in turns, and with my wheel base i might as well be drifting around the turns cause stock i couldn't make good times. Trying not to heavily mod the car. just enough to help with track runs and autocross

this summer she will be done, I will post up our run. I already reserved an Instructor this summer and plan on tuning her down on the track before I make her the Daily.

I have a Ka, rebuilt, metal head gaskets, after market internals.

puts about 230 N/A to the wheel before tuning.

just trying to get an idea what stock was like and then trying to take the next step!
