E74 is a AV Cable Error, So unplug your AV Cable, and let the xbox sit there for a few minutes flashing 4 red lights. After a minute or so it should flash one red light if the console is not working properly. If the console continues to flash 4 red lights after a minute then plug your cable back in securely and see if the error still occurs. If it does then your AV Cable is Bad
