  • @esumtm I based it on one of the Leach Treadle Wheels. I took some photos and made notes based on one that we had at the University of Minnesota. I have a bit of info on my website.

    It is a treadle wheel that I built to work well with the "left handed" throwing style that I learned in Japan. I find it easier to "kick" with my right leg while throwing in this manner. The movement of the leg becomes automatic.

  • is that a kick wheel? are they hard to like maintain speed
