Umm, yes. It's just to quit this nonsense argument about CO2 being not important for the world climate or the balance of the atmosphere because of its tiny percentage. It is scientific consensus that the anthropogenic influence on the world climate is caused by CO2.

But do we need to throw millions of dollars at the problem. What proof do we have. The latest report say sea levels will rise by 20 metres if the floating bodyof ice in the north pole completely melts. If you believe that then you pay for it.
