  • Typical Fox news story. Overly dramatic as hell, the only way they can get viewers.

  • they should turn this place into a giant airsoft field :)

  • instad of raising peoples dam taxes just use the money from giving tours and put it into the economy to help it. plus if there was tour guides it would provide jobs in the community and give people something to do to keep them out of trouble.

  • heres the problem people love old buildings and are curius so take something bad and make it into something good instead. Clean the place up just enough to make it safe then remove the absteos and water in the tunnels. Then charge people who really want to see it fifty doolars or some price charge people to give tours and charge extra money for people to sped the night then use the money to help the economy.

  • @lpio27 For urban airsoft battles? They dont work too well in the woods

  • dont take it down i am thinking of buying it and makeing it into a tourtist a tracksion yes my spelling is bad but thats ok =]

  • @captainsam10101 there is woods and backyards for a reason

  • I go here all the time

  • Years later and I still love this video.

  • I worked there with some company taking photos and video this spring. I tried a bunch of the light switches in all of the buildings but the power is cut off. Plus the powerhouse is destroyed.

On the Township's website, they have a Powerpoint saying what they are planning to do with this place. They either might make it into nature trails. BUT it is a brownfield. It's going to take a long ass time to get the land (with or without the buildings) to make it safe for the public.

  • Some of that footage is the Wayne County Training School

  • @evilvideo1 that is a nice area . what is going on with the property right now ?

  • @Biggie1231 i live across the street from here lol XD

  • RIP ALEX!

  • Yeah thier is a security force but they suck. And the cops fucking are pigs and the town just wants money and will lie and change with anything. And it is haunted yes but it's not worth the hassle dealing with bullshit from those greedy nilistic motherfuckers expose them for the filth they are. Rise and be heard Michigan.

  • Yeah this is bullshit. Because most of us have been then there and got supposely change with "disorderly conduct" by the northville police state. But it got dropped they had no evidence that we we're disorderly. And people scrap that building and we're caught the same night we we're. And that was bullshit plus the got the upper hand. So really Northville is keeping that place for other perposes then land devolpment and the documents in there lead to clues why that is.

  • @captainsam10101 Or paintball

  • @DogAndBroom I used to watch this channel and I have to agree. they only focus on the bad things and make more dramatic than it really should be.

  • I hate the way that they talk bad about this place. There are many dangers there, yes. But the problem with live wires, SHUT OFF THE POWER!!!!!>:( Its that freakin simple you politicians!!!!the medical supplies, well, you have to be really dumb to mess with those. I also was told that the place has lead paint and asbestos pipes. Is this true??? I dont know. I just dislike the politicians in northville. KG

  • Thats my neighbor haha

  • lol security is "adequate"

    what a joke.

  • There is footage from 5 mile and sheldon in that clip.

  • I think the best way if u wanna sneak on there park your car at the AMC20 down the rd then just go on foot

  • I was up there last night. Security modulars are gone, and all the lights have been shut off. We did see some trucks patrol the area, but nothing too heavy. We walked inside M and the power building. Just as we were trying to get out the power building, police came up with spotlights and were looking for us, so we booked it out of there.

  • 5 mile and sheldon,,,,motherfuckers should have never bulldozed it down,,,,what a historical and straight up freaky place

  • i would think it would be hard to sue the state, since there is "No Trespassing" sighns. if a person gets hurt in there, legally they should be at fault, because they know they are not allowed to be in there. but what the hell do i know im not a lawyer lol.

  • This is interesting. My mother worked for the Chief of Staff at Plymouth State Home and Training School at 5 Mi and Sheldon for about 20 years. I volunteered there as a kid. The children were severely retarded, some deformed. Very very sad place. She also worked at Northville State from time to time when they needed a staff person. I knew it closed, but I had no idea it was still standing. Haven't been back that way in years. Live 500 miles north now! Thanks - great news video
