Yes girlies, Splenda is poison, and Stevia is the best option, however you have nothing to feel bad about, because when we learn better, we do better. All you were doing was trying to help out by educating others so thanks for trying, and I'm so glad that you found out...better late than never, so keep educating.

@diethealth instead of splenda use brown sugar, uncooked honey or stevia to keep the same recipe but still healthier :).

We agree with you! However, we were blind to it's unhealthy ways when this video was made one year ago - so we apologize, the ideas are still good - sans splenda.
