@hetfield15 In the restructure air forces were strengthened although no new squadrons have been created so the general belief is more then 1000 aircraft are now in the fleet. The top 10 military powers vid on youtube lists the air force size as 1299 and this dates back to 2007 when the restructure was announced.

@hetfield15 conservative estimates are 300 F-16s, 160 F-4, 80 F-5, 100 F-35 (2011) +16 more F35s (2012). The F-16's are at the very minimum 300 all the sources listing as 930 aircraft are old as Turkey does not give out exact fleet size but a restructure of the military took place in 08/09 that focuses on response as an army rather then per division basis.
