@KIREEKPSO yeah, I didn't know what version of the game it was removed on. I did know it was removed for non-forces though.

@babysmuggler Because unlike the other versions, on the Dreamcast you can have all the techs, just not at their highest level for a HUmar.

THIS IS LATE I KNOW but NOOOOOOOOOOOO hes not ready!!! I recommend dong it at level 72-75, to be sure you cna beat him, unless your doing dreamcast, and a HUmar or FO which at that point level 65 is a good level to do it on! lol Just saying ;)
