  • FUCK U IT WAS AWESOME

  • that's funny. fuck you too..and sorry to break it to you...but it wasn't awesome.

  • I agree 100%. Why the hell was Adama leaving FOREVER? Why? Since he was , theres no heartfelt goodbye to his best bud Tigh? Not even a handshake? The line Baltar gave "you know I know about farming" & the Roslin death scene with Adama really tore me up as well. But yeah the very end had me looking at the screen the same way my dog looks at something he thinks is strange. I couldn't believe my eyes. It was as if I was watching a completely different show. Other than that, it was a good finale.

  • omg the way you describe your reaction to the last scene was perfect. I also tilted my head the way a dog does when it sees something strange haha. that is such a perfect way to put it.

  • Excellent review. You hit every nail on the head and expressed everything that I have been thinking. I give the final a -B/C+. I am very disappointed, though there were bright spots (like with Tory's death). But It definitely felt like a different show. I don't agree that they would have given up all of their technology so quickly and agree with you that what happened to Starbuck was bullshit. I still don't know what to think of it all. I'm just going to pretend the show ended with them in orbit

  • thank you so much! yeah I agree that it felt like a different show at parts. it had a weird feeling to it. between pretending the show ended with them in orbit and me pretending the last 2 minutes never happened I think we'll be fine lol.

  • They make a point of kids never being able to reach their true potential until their parents are dead. That was what it was about ... then again, I doubt that even IT knew that.

  • The main things I thought were lame was that it didn't explain what Starbuck was or why she died on the old earth, and it didn't give much explanation for why Hera was important. The final scene wasn't that bad imo, but the Angel Baltar character is just really annoying (especially compared to Angel Six and real Baltar).

  • excellent review

  • ich bin nicht gekommen um dich zu beleidigen aber warum ?? das interresiert doch keinen also deine meinung^^

  • I agree--the final 2 minutes were very very unnecessary. The show should've ended with Adama on the hill. And i never realized there was no goodbye scene with Adama and Tigh until you mentioned it :/

  • OMG, is it wrong of me to say that her entire tirade turns me on?

On topic, I sort of agree with some of what she is trying to say. It absolutely crushed me that Adm. Adama left everyone behind. He WON'T survive. In my mind, he ended up on that hill and he will starve to death within a week or so. Lee is all alone. So absolutely saddening. Where is the Chief's ending? He was destroyed and left alone! But, the last scenes in NYC were, to me, a punctuation mark. I loved it.

  • I agree with practically everything there. As much as I liked the finale, it failed to deliver in certain aspects. The lack of a Tigh/Adama farewell scene was criminal, seeing as they had the most interesting relationship (or bromance!) Wasn't too annoyed about the final scene with the dancing robots, but it is very jarring.

  • @Krullel Whoops! not "150.00" but "150,000" :) Silly me, silly silly me. lol.

  • I also agree, lol. Bill leaving forever, no closure with Bill and Tigh, and the last 2 minutes... most of it was completely unnecessary, lol. They could have just said "150.00 Years Later" , show a few things that take place "Now" and be done with it. No corny dialog or anything. I liked how they linked Hera to the National Geographic magazine or whatever, but the robots and Head 6 and Angel Gaius talking corny was not needed, lol. But over all... you can't really beat the ending to that show :)

  • @antred11 Typo correction: strike "time a timeout", put "take a timeout"
