It's the commercial Philips Toucam Pro II - PCVC 840 K without modifications.

It's a pleasant view. Upper edge seems just a little blurried (collimation needed?), but the overall focus is pretty good as well as the seeing, which could be even better.
Have you used any contrast filter?

The blurried edge could be due to the webcam adaptor a little off axis, I did not use filter
