This is actually a pretty fun game,one of my favorites for the Intellivision and yes you can change your Altitude which determines your speed, bomb drop time, and hit box

I have an Intellivision, but all my games suck... But they suck in very good condition, if only I could have an eBay account

I think in that game you change altitudes. It's nice to see that where the concepts that gave birth to today's gaming concepts came from.
