When I was in we had unit SOPs for loadout, so you knew exactly where your buddy keeps his ammo, batteries, grenades/mines, etc., so if he's hit you can get his gear quick and redistribute to others fast.

this is a real good subject to get into (the "loadout") You touched on some great points. I'll get a vr up as it sparked a thought I had a while back, that I think bears mentioning.
