Well at a base sticker price of what...$13,000 new your not gong to get a Cadillac! Just a cheap little commuter car that gets you from A to B and is good on gas and reliable. J-bodies rock!

I have a 1999 sunfire. Had to replace the engine 6 years ago but it's currently at 150,000. My ABS completely went out though and the car shakes now. My sunfire probably won't make it to 200,000 :(

i had a caviler same car pretty much that had 300,000 miles on it and is still running today. i had an astro van AWD that had 289,000 when i sold it and it is still running. my dad got 345,000 out of his 4.3l s10 and it still ran good when he traded it in lol. its a gm what more can you say.

I know someone who had driven a sunfire too 400000 km and then later put it in the crash derby. that car went onto the finals in the derby. I find these cars really reliable.
