  • 5:32 ... someones enjoying themselves

  • Rambo on cello! Fiesty ... crisp ... Haydn would be pleased!

  • is there an edition for the one he is playing..There is a lot of virtuosity that isnt in the other editions

  • Crazy cellista!! but he's the better!! :)

  • @ASJH1102 Agreed, he plays with such perfection in every single note! Amazing really.

  • He makes it look so easy. when as I cellist I can tell you its unBELIEVABLY hard.

  • what a fantasic piece! misha maisky on the cello has got some very fast fingers.

i a great admirer of him....

  • A surprise at 1am: very delicate interpretation, one of the best one besides Jacqueline Du Pre... Feel energetic again at middle night!

  • I love this performance, Maisky plays this PERFECTLY

  • Wow, he plays this rather on the fast side, feels far too hurried for my liking! Never really been a fan of Maisky's playing, don't get me wrong I do admire his interpretation, it feels very classical, but it just doesn't feel as relaxed and laid back as I've become so used to.
