I liked Cool, Cool, Mountain for the Penguin race. It's always fun to play that level.

My favorite is probably Dire Dire Docks, I just find it relaxing.

My favorite course is probably Tall, Tall Mountain. Reason being, the monkey. Purely the monkey. My least favorite though, is Tiny Huge Island.
