  • those who do not participate in the alleged desecration of our natural property and commit the same exact offense. I refuse to believe that the responsible adults that refrain from any unlawful actions should be convicted as felons for the personal choice of SMOKING A JOINT WHILE READING THE NEW YORK TIMES. A murderer who is under the influence is still a murderer. A law-abiding man who is under the influence is STILL a law-abiding man.

  • The drug test is a big problem. The unemployment rate is for one, and passing a bill for further testing for unemployment benefits will only cause the responsible marijuana users to become the condemned. With their habit causing them to not have a job nor a shot at ANY income, those people will become the ones in the street. We as responsible adult citizens should have a right to do what we want to our bodies and face the consequences for poorly-rationalized decisions in the same degree as...

  • these insane jerks will have everyone pissing for the $ ~already in the toilets, and filling their jails and pockets over God's green hemp oil tree and healing herb ~ inhumane and merciless bloats ~ leading into captivity over 850,000 americans yearly ~ not so freedom loving these days and so destructive, the shifts continue

  • This guys arguing why for for the wrong reasons, I don't want my tax dollars going to your drug habits. Also the new drug test centers would create jobs and hopefully make people turn their lives around.

  • @ltrizzle84 although I'm not concerned with anyones high level unless it reflects in their performance, that was an epic comment:)

  • If an employer sees someone is unproductive or unsafe they should fire them.Drug screening doesn't reveal anything relevant. It only shows that a person used marijuana on their own time.Anyone old enough to remember an employer telling them what they do on their own time is their own business?

  • @ssj4goku100million but some of these people have a high level over 9000...

  • absolute bullshit. what a way to stick it to people who are already going through tough times, even the drug users. first of all, we spent billions of dollars each year throwing our innocent brothers, sisters, parents, and KIDS in FUCKING JAIL for using drugs, esp marijuana. maybe if he was half-decent of a human being, he would be trying to end this stupid drug war to begin with. the sad truth is, you are paying your tax dollars, to support a system that is against you-if you happen to smoke.

  • @InterntzTrollerinz If someone has a disease, they shouldn't have boned your sister.
