Any body will find this lady at I.S.B.T. new delhi. no body dont know what is her real name, but every body see her some time as Kiran Bedi, some time Phulan devi, many time Mayabati. she is very much intrested to be a film star. all the shop keeper and buss drivers and staff realy love her a a good woman. she is mentaly challenged person. till dont missbahave any body well behaved and requesting every body to give her a chance too be afilm star.
the day when i met her on 17th dec 2007 she was dressed like Mayabati ,give speach as Mayabati, but telling herself as kiran bedi and phulan devi
