It's hard to fly ? I'm asking because I have a E-Flite mCX that is co-axial and it is very easy to fly.
Great flying.
Thanks.

Well, no more non-backlit DX7, I just finished cutting and making another EL setup. This time without LiPo!! stay safe with NiMH this time...

that's neat, but i have a losi Micro-T with the 10000 kv motor and its faster than the 8000 kv one. Since i dont like the losi brushless system Team Orion is comeing out with a 10300 kv motor and a 5 amp esc combo but i dont know the price yet. i like your heli. :) does it do 3D stuff?

Unfortunately no, the heli was a 4ch F.P. so no 3D capabilities. I went 8250KV for a more efficient motor. Unfortuntately, the MB-1 is just an empty frame as I took it apart 3 months ago. I only fly an RCT-450 Skyshark now.
As for the radio, there is no links on how I did it, I just have a lot of experience backlighting things so this one was just another thing that I've backlighted. I got another DX7 shortly after that one caught fire and I finally got around to backlight that one as well.

I was wondering what you used for "backlighting" your DX7. As for mine I took some LED's from a cell phone and some back-foil from a laptop computer display but as you can see the light isn't so uniform on all the surface (see the shadows at the bottom).

I did it cutting my own EL sheet. I've backlighted tons of other things before. That particular radio in this video is no more tho, :( I bought a Lipo battery in the hopes of replacing the crappy NiMH and the Lipo decided to blow up while it was charging inside the radio. Glad the house didn't catch on fire.
Beware of Lipos!
Cheers.
