I guess this shows that God is more concerned about what unclean words comes out a person's mouth as apposed to what foods a religious person should or should not consume.

if its from the bible or not, i think this is a noble way of living, i always tried it and yes i failed allot, when i was angry. but still this is a nice way to live your live in my opinion

This is so true. There's actually a show on MTV about who can make up the best "Yo Mama" joke. I also get very concerned when people cuss a lot. This teaching was awesome.
