  • I had a love/hate relationship with these also...Navy class '95...not sure how many times we used these damn things to "make it rain"...but they work...my advice is to not worry about reps...just do them as long as you can do them and each time you will be going longer and longer...it was either this or elephant jumping jacks that did me in ha ha

  • Does it work

  • @blkjck77

No kidding, I cannot forget these pain of hearing "8 counts, BEGIN!"

  • this video was very helpful!

  • the look on the guy's face towards the end was like 'bet u cant do it'

  • @PyschoticChimp Yes and no. I agree a lot of special operations people don't have low bf% because they don't need it, they need endurance. But I disagree when you say you have to be a "gym goer" to get his physique. You can get a maintain a six pack by simply having a good balanced diet with tons of protein. I agree your not going to get a full workout though without using to more equipment though. Your gonna want barbells for squats, and dumbbells for DB bench press.

  • takes me back to basic training

  • What's the benefits of that?

  • @demonhunter221 hey there, demonhunter221 is right, cdub6969. Navy Bootcamp has something called the "800 Division" and its for Spec Ops (Diver, Seal, SWCC, etc). They wake up extra early and do more PT than regular Bootcamp. Look it up or ask a Navy recruiter.

  • This works for intensity and fat burn, but experience says that pushups, situps, pullups etc DON'T = 'ripped'. Maybe you'll get an OK six-pack, but it takes lots of gym work to build a body like the model in this video. For proof, look at the few photos out there of SAS guys when they have their shirts off - no 6 pack, no huge triceps or biceps, no pecs - just skinny, wiry-framed guys with a few lines dividing the stomach. However, for me it's more about fitness than image, so I don't mind that.
