While studying abroad through the Pennsylvania State University, we encountered a certain degree of animosity from the people of our host countries, not towards us personally, but towards our government and the leaders of our country. Why do you believe this has occurred, and as President, what will you do to improve America's image abroad?

(from Katie, David, and Sophia from Penn State University)

  • Is there a response to this or a similar question from any of the presidential candidates I can look at?

  • It was caused by jackasses that want to blame you for things that aren't your fault.

  • It's factual that throughout history the dominance of single regional power promotes peace and stability. You may complain about the ignominious nature of American policy initiated by foreigners, due to American arrogance, but there exist a state of emasculation in foreigners perception of American power.

The exertion of American power naturally creates blowblack in the form of resentment. The Cause? The weak hegemony over Europe after WW2.

We can conform to popular opinion or ignore it.
