Filipino Amerasians 5 and Up Tulay ng Kulay Part 2 of 2

Please amend the existing Amerasian Law Public Law 97-359 and include Philippines and Japan! Why not us? Why only them? We are the largest in Asia and not all Amerasians are products of prostitution, we have different stories to tell, so stop discriminating us!
