New Orleans is just an example of a city that should have never been built in that location. Just turned NO into a gigantic lake.

yeah... the largest national disaster.... and I am mad that President Bush didn't fly in with his tight blue suit and red underwear and stop the big hurricane when it was still a tropical storm.... the walls had not been built to proper specifications for decades.. and as of the governments response it is hard to be prepared for something that has never happened before, but of course it is always nice to have someone to blame....
