I love Master Fred also! I;m glad I found this video. I hope all is well with you and your kids. I'm still into the martial arts here in Sarasota, Fl. Have been boxing the last 3 1/2 years. I'll never forget those FANTASTIC workouts at your school from 1976 - 1980 and later in the 90's. They were the BEST.
