Bush's tax corporate tax rate were 25% while under Kennedy it was 52-47%. Also this was a tax cut aimed at middle class and upper middle class workers, not the rich. He'd be a centrist today.

Big difference, democrats believe in tax cuts for the poor, republicans believe in tax cuts for the rich or tax increase on the poor. JFK I ensure you was meaning tax cuts for the poor and middle classes.
