@Crackabu It shouldn't matter what kind of surface, because if you do it correctly your foot shouldnt touch the ground until you land on it. The idea is to make it look as if you're sliding on a surface by just barely lifting it off the ground. ITS A LOT HARDER THAN IT LOOKS! ;P
From what little ive done of bagua walking id just like to ask. Is it technique that drives the leg or raw strength? Would your bagua walking work on a rough (grippy) concrete or would you have to change your stepping?
