You must take the bike to an enhanced inspections station and must meet everything listed in subchapter J of the vehicle equipment & inspections regulations. This can be found on line. If you get through that then you must present the state with all info on paper about the whole build. Long process but it can be done if youre willing to take on a long battle.

well i nigger rigged a leaf blower 44 cc on my 20 inch it goes 40 mph its crazy do you know if thats street legal i live in Pittsburgh?

@ctrlaltdlt01 where did you see the 50cc law? I've found NOTHING offically on motorized bicycles in pa.

ive heard so many different interpretations of the law for moterized pedal bikes in PA. Basically, some people go all out and get a license, approved lights tires etc.

As long as its under 1.5 hp and 50cc, its just a bike and doesnt need these things
