May be you could be inspired watching on You Tube (GERAUDBENECH: Couperin fugue sur les jeux d'Anches) the same piece performed by the french organist Jérôme Benech at Rabiny's organ in Aurillac, an historical organ, one treasure of our organistic patrimony. Actually, I think it's the best performance on You Tube.

Unfortunately, the right title is "Fugue sur les jeux d'anches, 2° couplet du Kyrie" (Fugue on the reed stops, 2nd verse of Kyrie). This piece must be played on the reed stops of the Great Organ (Trumpet 8' + Clairon 4' (+ Voix Humaine 8' + Bourdon 8' + Doublette 2' + Nasard 2' 2/3)) (see french registration in baroque music (Art du Facteur d'orgue, Don Bédos de Celles))
