Here is my beef brisket with the Big Boss Rapid Wave Oven. The recipe book that comes with the oven says cook a 2 pound brisket for an 1:20 at 325 degrees. I believe I could have cooked it for an hour and been perfect. Still very nice, just cooked most of the pink out.
Also, you'll note I am playing with green screens here. Not great, but pretty decent for a first try at it.
