@thedonjoey20 Thanks! My amp is a Vox VT50. Pretty cool amp for a bunch of different okay blues and distorted tones, but it suffers big time on the clean tones.

Hey yea man i know they dont compare at all. I have the vt30 as a practice amp but have you tried or heard the Marshall MA

Wow thats nice i heard of those but is that one all tube or solid state because from my end it sounds like a nice tube amp

@thedonjoey20 It's a cheap hybrid tube/solid state modelling amp. Cost me about $350 I think around a year and half ago. I'd recommend it if yer in the market for a good all rounder that can get pretty decent tones of a bunch of different amp styles and has reverb and tons of effects. But, I've owned real 100 watt tube Marshall heads and these Vox modelling amps can't compare to a real good tube amp. It's kinda thin sounding, doesn't have the harmonic content and the clean tones kinda suck.
