@Michael1966W No, I-70 keeps going up to the PA Turnpike and all the way to Utah. I-68 begins off of I-70 near Hancock, MD about 25 miles west of Hagerstown. If you really want a good perspective of this just dial up Google Maps for Hancock, MD and zoom out.
