you were asking about render settings before, when you are using cbr the quality of it will be determined by the bitrate you set on it, not the sharpness, you may want to turn that down slightly to get a smoother video and just adjust the bit-rate to get the clearest picture.
but this is looking really good.

Thanks for the info. I just re-uploaded this video but this time rendered as Quality VBR instead of CBR. I feel it came out a little better then rendering it as CBR. I keep searching for what is the best format and settings. So many ways so little time! haha
