  • I don't get this. Doesn't the caulk create an irregular line?

  • @whitbyjet65 The line will be as straight as the tape you put on the wall.

    The caulk its just something we use to keep the paint from dripping under the tape .

    Make a line with the tape then put caulk , take the excess caulk off, paint, then take the tape off when done.

  • "Tape Seal" seems to be a great product. Can I get your opinion on it vs. caulk?

  • Hey junk man! You can use all kind of stuff even white glue works, as long it makes a tight seal.

  • Can I do this on my trim and doors too?

  • Yes! but paint the trim first going over the wall just a little. Then put the tape on the wood after it dries. Next roll the wall then put caulk on the edge of the tape cut it and take the tape off in a 45 degree engle. Done!!!
