Boston Common Arrest (6/2/07)

While at a Boston Cosplay Picnic at Boston Common (on Sat., 6/2/07), some guy got arrested for... something. Not sure what, lol.

So, here's a short clip of the cops & the guy in handcuffs, right before another cop tells all the people taking pictures of the guy to 'take it easy' & clear off.

That was just one aspect of this, our public welcome. We even put up their officers all in a luxius place of rest, the Paul Revere Hotel.

I just found that out.

Apparently, during the Civil War, the Russian government sent 4,500 sailors to back our side up against the Confederates, who weren't too happy about it. They came into Boston, where we had laid out rows upon very lengthy rows of long tables covered in turtle soup, mutton, and jelly extract (or something on the last one) along with other foods to feed them.
