Bollard Covers

A Bollard Cover is a plastic-like tube that goes over Bollards. A Bollard is a post that is ofter used to protect ATMs, drive through winders, and gas stations.

I think we all wear a bollard cover in some ways.

@lordvelos yea the ones that are in this vid are pretty are to see when up close in car. Put that cover (guy holding it in the intro) on it with out cutting it down helps alot (see any pnc bank)
