Simple All Grain Brewing. No Mash Tun Required

If you have brewed beer from kits or from extract, brewing from grain (all grain brewing) doesn't need much extra equipment, especially on a small scale.
Brewing in small batches like this is great for a beginner and useful if you are trying out a recipe. Here I'm brewing a bitter-sweet stout which started as a small batch experiment. The end result was so good, I scaled it up and did it again in my mash tun. I heartily recommend the recipe. Failing that; scale down any recipe and use this method.

This is really interesting, cant its just like doing a partial mash but a full mash instead! Brilliantly simple and I dont see why it wouldnt work exactly as well as with a mash tun.
