She won the Beijing olympics with 128 and 158 for 286 total. Which in the u.s. beats out our 69kg male on most days. Ger total was above the 75 class and would have won silver in 75+. phenominal performance.

whats that, like 250lbs? Thats part of my slow thursday routine. Poor women they can lift and pack down the protein all they want and theyll only be as strong as a guy would be if he worked out 3 times a week for a few months
