Guys it's easy.. it depends on the strong foot, not all players can do this

For a right footer that's running to the right, tap fast:

RIGHT arrow (forward direction) and then DOWN arrow(right direction)

@luikangMC It doesnt depend on the strong foot at all. Any player with 80+ dribble accuracy can do it. They can do it with both feet both ways.
