Its a very good routine, but it doesnt look as if its right for your class, its too complex for them. If you want them to enjoy it, put more repitition and less complex steps.

Please make sure that if you are calling your class a zumba class... You are including the 70% latin/international music!!! That is what zumba truly is!

I think you have great choreography, but watching your students, most are unable to follow well. I am a fairly proficient dancer and will be teaching group aerobic lo impact dance soon. This is why Zumba is frustrating to so many. It is important not to change the steps too often and also to see how your group is able to follow you. Complex moves come later. It is important for the group to feel good about themselves, not clumsy.

Try the Zumba Exhilarte DVDs.. they go around the world..not all latin...most of the music is in english ..they even pay tribute to country music, belly dancing, tango, pop, swing..Zumba is what you make it..it has opened many doors for people of all backgrounds...the rule is 70 % latin flare and the other 30% can be different..so my point..no need to call anyone an idot ..that just shows how closed minded you are. sorry
