The Lord is my Shepherd by Howard Goodall - Vicar of Dibley theme - one man multitrack choir

Multitrack performance of this modern classic, performed by David W Solomons.
Howard Goodall was at the same college as me (Christ Church Oxford) but a few years later than me, so I never met him, but I have always admired his compositions (especially Red Dwarf, Black Adder and The Vicar of Dibley). This is by way of an "hommage" from one (rather less well-known) composer to another.

Beautifully performed. Very controlled, and musically rendered. I don't think Goodall would be upset about it at all--unless it wins a Grammy, and earns a lot of cash. Then he'd be in touch.

Excellent - very musical recording!

I have never watched the Vicar of Dibley - now the music makes me curious :)

And a very nice use of my Yorkshire sheep/lamb photos!
