My sister why are you using the sea salt that is not good for you? Not to mention olive oil cook turns into trans fat. Hold up, The wrong kind of salt will cause this. You should be using a very little 100% pink sea salt. However, it takes a very long time to master how much the body can use. Too much is very bad and none is bad as well. Especially if you do not excercise.
