davids family wealth is over 30 millon pounds . He took out a £350,000 mortgage on a constituency home in Oxfordshire when he became an MP in 2001
By declaring it as a second home he was able to claim around £20,000 a year from the taxpayer towards the cost of the mortgage. . . Cameron's gone PC now. He once said he wanted to be heir to Blair!
The politically-correct Left are funny folk. All property is theft (except when it's theirs), all people are of equal worth (except the ones they want to constantly guilt-trip for the sins of the fathers) and all points of view are valid and worthy of protection (except those they don't like).
Very unequal these 'Equality' people!

Trying to pick between Labour and Cons is a case of choosing the lesser of 2 evils! Is that democracy? EVERYONE knows that David Cameron is in it only to line his own pockets as well as those of his cronies.
I say we do away with MP's and let people decide using their OWN voices. Yes David it's time for change, REAL CHANGE!!!

The question is, is this really a democracy? Being given a choice of 2 "major" parties to vote for? The only way these toffy noses can be brought back down to earth is for you to pick a smaller party and vote for them. The whole system is outdated. This political system was ok when people needed someone to represent them and give them a voice because they lived out in the country. But with technological advances i.e. the internet, we no longer need MP's. We can vote on matters ourselves.

Empty rhetoric from Eton Cameron as usual.
Let us remember who created the Open University - Harold Wilson . Wilson, leader of the Labour party was concerned that a good education was limited to the elite few; he wanted to expand people's horizons. If the Conservatives were in power then, there probably wouldn't be an Open University nowadays. What the Conservatives really stand for is maintaining the status quo - some people are just better off than others and it should stay that way.
