Atlantic Canada Rings In 2010 - New Year's Eve in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada

Atlantic Canada rings in 2010 an hour before the New York City - Time's Square countdown. Atlantic Canada (Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick) are in the Atlantic Time Zone, which is one hour ahead of Eastern Time Zone.

I apologize for the poor quality of the video but I had no way to capture the video from my DVR to my computer so I had to set my digital camera on my tripod and record it that way. You can at least get the idea of how we ring in the new year here in Atlantic Canada!
