Lol, the dutch are still there! (St. Martin)

thats because the game is set around the spanish main, the dutch inhabitance of the america was to the north....

Portuguese abandoned barbados in 1620+- cos they moved to brazil wich was much bigger and profitable. But Dutch stayed in the area much longer since the mainland was already colonized. While Portuguese didnt get involved much on the piracy and figthing in the area, the Dutch did and a lot.
The game completly ignores both powers. Bit liek ignoring USA and Russia in a game about 20th century conflits.

The game makers abandoned Barbados just like the Portuguese did. How is that for historical accuracy?

quit posting shit about where are the Portuguese boats and dutch boats, this is only R1 they plan on introducing new things as the game continues to sell, i can almost assure they will introduce new nations and new items etc. into the game

whatever you do, dont try Age of Pirates. Id rather pay money then play that game, the concept is great and the gamestyle is awesome but they released it 1-2 years to early! You cant find it without bugs, game crasches ect
But this game on the other hand looks very well and amusing :) nice vid

No Portuguese, no Dutch etc.. completly retarded game. IF they want to make a game for that period might as well be at least a bit historical accurate.

Well doesnt matter anyway. I bought it, downloaded it, and it doesnt work on my crappy POS computer.
